Toan Nguyen, Founder & CEO

Toan brings with him nearly 10 years of experience in software outsourcing industry. Toan serves as a QA manager for S3 major customer and most recently, playing the role of a business development director, which he is in charge of developing the business in oversea markets.

Prior to found S3, Toan worked for an outsourcing firm in Vietnam, where he involved in and managed various product verification and automation testing tool development projects at offshore and onshore for the leading networking and telecom technology companies such as Nortel Network and Blade Network Technology.

Toan also spent several years working onsite in US, Canada and Taiwan. This brings with him the intensive knowledge of networking and telecom industry, international experiences, and technologies know-how, but also bring him with the strong knowledge in software outsourcing industry and philosophy of doing business in the most appropriate and effective manners.

Toan graduated from Da Lat University in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences. Currently, he holds MBA at Shidler College of Business of University Of Hawaii.

Linh Le, Founder & COO

Linh oversees S3's delivery and technical operations. He manages technical team and takes responsibility for leading the company to the software engineering elite through expanding the firm's skill set with the latest technologies and integrating them into the most innovative and creative solutions. By managing the development process, projects' execution, and technical expertise, Mr. Linh proves this goal to be achievable for the company.

Prior to found S3, he worked an outsourcing firm where he developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in project managing, technologies and software development processes.

Linh Le holds MBA degree from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM), B.S. degree in Mathematics & Informatics from Dalat University. Linh has been professionally active in the software and information system industries for over 13 years, holding various positions including software engineer, technical lead, project manager, Technical Director and now Chief Operating Officer.

Toan Trieu, Founder & CFO

Toan Trieu brings with him over several years of experience in accounting, and significantly elevates the capability of management team. He has strong experience in IT and Finance management in SME Software Company.

Toan holds BS in Computer Sciences from University of Natural Sciences, Vietnam; a Pre-Master Certificate in Business Management Skills and Global Business Operations from City College Manchester, UK; an Advanced Accounting Certificate from Institute of Accounting and Business Management, Vietnam; and a CFO Certificate from PACE Institute of Leadership & Management.

Stephen Cole, VP of EMEA

Stephen Cole is the VP of EMEA. He is a technology entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience in software start-ups, acquiring and building business throughout the UK and Europe. Technologies including intelligent search, financial systems, intelligence and police markets, database, enterprise systems and internet applications.

He was the Managing Director of U.S. start-up Verity Inc. (UK) for 6 years between 1990 and 1996. In 1996 he was the founder and managing director of Streets OnLine, the UK's fastest growing e-commerce company which pioneered internet transactional software. In 2001 he founded Future Route, with ground breaking technology for establishing behavioral rules from massive data sets. In 2009 Stephen developed a widely used model for successful technology park developments that brings together all the required components required to grow technology rich and software specialties in offshoring and outsourcing for software development organizations.

Naveneet Kalia, Director of Innovation

Navneet Kalia is the Director of Innovation at S3. Navneet is the Founder of www.xeom.com.vn and was granted a patent in 2009 for marketing idea. As an entrepreneur and a career sale professional he brings a valuable knowledge of sales and extensive industry relationships across Greater China, Vietnam and South Asia.

Navneet was a consistent top ranking sales person at HCL in India and later with Tata Consultancy Services in India, Vietnam and in China. As Head of China for Sasken, he secured large strategic wins for Sasken. With aggressive and persuasive sales strategies and an entrepreneurial mindset, Navneet is a key player in S3's success. He holds MBA in Marketing and a BSc in Physics.

Phong Nguyen, Director of Delivery

Phong has more than 16 years of experience in software development and outsourcing specializing in Telecommunication and Networking. Phong is responsible for developing and co-operating with other departments to build up the most effective IT business model for the company.

Prior to joining S3, Phong co-founded and managed another outsourcing company that delivered successfully Telecom projects for NTT-Data. He also managed and delivered successfully Telecom and Networking projects for Nortel. Phong graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Sciences, majored in Software Engineering.

Chi Nguyen, Director of Delivery

Chi has 16+ years of experience in software development and outsourcing specializing in Education, Healthcare, and other web application solutions. Chi is in charge of managing the development program for one of the biggest accounts in S3.

Prior to joining S3, Chi co-founded and managed companies that build educational and ERP products, was a director of delivery to manage Education, Healthcare, and other professional service accounts in an outsourcing company. Chi graduated from the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City, majoring in Mathematics & Informatics.

Nga Nguyen, HR & Administration Director

Nga has 13 plus years of experience setting up, building, and developing organizations to high level of professionalism, performance and productivity, especially in Information Technology industry. Prior to joining S3, Nga was the Project Director of a Singaporean software product company and Product Manager at a No. 1 Online Recruitment company in Vietnam. She has good records in strong leadership. Her specialties include organization development, human resource management, people development, product management and project management.

In 2001, she achieved a Bachelor of Computer Science in Can Tho university. From 2002 to 2003, she studied at the Asian Institute of Technology and graduated as a Master of Computer Science.

Now Nga takes responsibility in Human Resources & Administration of S3, she has a lot of contributions to the development of the company.
