Phong has more than 16 years of experience in software development and outsourcing specializing in Telecommunication and Networking. Phong is responsible for developing and co-operating with other departments to build up the most effective IT business model for the company. Prior to joining S3 Solutions, Phong co-founded and manage another outsourcing company that delivered successfully Telecom projects for NTT-Data. He also managed and delivered successfully Telecom and Networking projects for Nortel. Phong graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Sciences, majored in Software Engineering.
