Thanh Nguyen is Chief Executive Officer and founder of S3 and brings with him more than 13 years of experience in the software and technology industry with a focus on managing application support, automation development, and integration for networking and telecom projects. He has solid experience in applying several qualified software processes: CMM, CMMi, ISO, and TL9000.

Prior to S3, Thanh was one of the first six employees and served as a Program Manager at TMA where he was in charge of overseas clients of Nortel Networks, Blade Network Technologies, IBM France, EasyLink, NextPoint, and E.D.E in Germany. He also worked for Tata Consultancy Services, India for a year.

Thanh graduated from Da Lat University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences. He also holds a College's Degree in Finance and Accounting from Economic University of Ho Chi Minh City, and a diploma of Professional Chief Executive Officer from Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) from UK.
