S3Corp Christmas Celebration 2024: A Festive Journey of Teamwork and Joy

The Christmas season at S3Corp is always a time for connection, creativity, and celebration. This year, we embarked on a four-week chain of activities leading to a heartfelt Christmas moment, creating memories that will last well into the new year. Each week brought a unique opportunity for teams to showcase their spirit, bond with one another, and embrace the joy of the holiday season. Let's look back at this festive journey.

Week 1: X’mas Decoration

We kicked off the celebration with our X’mas Decoration activity, turning workspaces into vibrant expressions of Christmas cheer. Each team decorated their rooms with lights, garlands, and festive ornaments, bringing warmth and creativity to the office. The task was not only about aesthetics but also about capturing the spirit of the season in a short clip featuring heartfelt Christmas wishes.

This activity encouraged teams to collaborate, exchange ideas, and let their imaginations shine. Walking through the decorated spaces felt like stepping into a holiday wonderland, with each room reflecting the unique personality and energy of its team. These moments reminded us of the power of teamwork and the beauty of shared celebrations.

Week 2: Memorable Bulletin

In the second week, we took a step back to reflect on the year with the Memorable Bulletin activity. Each PG designed an A1 poster capturing their journey through 2024. These bulletins featured notes, photos, drawings, and highlights of achievements, cheerful moments, and even plans for 2025.

This activity served as a meaningful reminder of how far we have come and the memories we created along the way. It was inspiring to see each team’s unique perspective and the effort they put into presenting their story. The bulletins became not just a creative outlet but also a way to celebrate accomplishments and look forward to the opportunities ahead.

Week 3: Team Showcase

The third week brought energy and laughter to the office with the Team Showcase. Teams were tasked with creating a joyful and humorous performance set to a Christmas song chosen by draw. Each showcase had to be at least 20 seconds long, and at least eight members from each PG had to participate.

This activity was a highlight for many, as teams danced, acted, and brought their unique interpretations of Christmas to life. The performances were filled with humor, creativity, and a sense of camaraderie that brought smiles to everyone’s faces. Watching the showcases reminded us of the importance of joy and the value of connecting through shared experiences.

Week 4: Friendly Showdown Games

As the event chain neared its end, we turned up the excitement with the Friendly Showdown Games. This series of mini-games challenged teams to work together, strategize, and compete for the final points in our Christmas activity series.

Each PG selected five members per game, ensuring fresh energy and diverse participation in every round. The games were designed to foster teamwork and friendly competition, and the enthusiasm from participants was contagious. Teams cheered for one another, shared laughs, and celebrated the true spirit of togetherness.

At the end of the games, we tallied the scores from all four weeks to determine the final winners. Congratulations to the top-performing teams for their outstanding efforts throughout the event series. Your energy, creativity, and teamwork have been inspiring!

December 24th: X’mas Moment

The celebration reached its peak on December 24th with the X’mas Moment. Using the rewards earned from the previous activities, each PG organized a cozy gathering led by their project manager. It was a time for everyone to relax, share stories, and enjoy festive treats in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

This final activity brought the team together to reflect on the journey of the past four weeks and the bonds strengthened along the way. It was a perfect conclusion to the holiday celebrations, leaving everyone with a sense of gratitude and joy as we prepared to step into 2025.
