Welcome you to “Video Introduction Program (VIP)”with purpose of creating a model for training staff to introduce themselves in a professional manner.
03 Apr 2019

S3Corp. introduces the Video Introduction Program (VIP). The purpose is to build a model that trains employees to present themselves professionally in English. This program is mandatory for all members. It aligns with the 2019 objective to improve English skills.
The VIP project requires each employee to create a short video. Each video must be 30 to 60 seconds. In this video, employees present themselves clearly and confidently. This activity is designed to boost practical presentation abilities and spoken English skills.
The VIP project has a clear goal. Every employee should gain confidence in delivering presentations in English. The key benefits include:
Improve English presentation skills.
Gain greater confidence when giving presentations.
Learn to use and control your voice more effectively.
This project acts as a real-world practice ground. It helps employees overcome hesitation when speaking English. Each video is a step forward in building personal and professional growth.
The VIP project follows a structured approach. It divides participants into groups to keep training organized and supportive.
Group 1:
The first group finished in January and February 2019. Ten people took part. They were pioneers who developed the model. They now help guide new participants on how to make better videos.
Group 2:
The second group is in progress during March and April 2019. This group includes thirty people. Group 1 supports Group 2 to ensure smooth progress and quality improvement.
Group 3:
The third group is planned for May 2019. Ninety more employees will join. Group 2 will support Group 3 to continue the cycle of learning.
Each group works over four weeks. This period allows time for learning how to write a script, practice speaking, record videos, and review progress.
Every week, employees submit their videos for evaluation. Mentors score each video. This scoring provides measurable improvement. Employees receive constructive feedback. This helps them see their progress and refine their skills. By the end of four weeks, each participant should feel proud of their best video.
The program does not leave employees to work alone. Group leaders and mentors guide each participant. They share lessons learned from previous videos. This peer support system makes learning effective and engaging.
The process includes:
Preparing a script.
Practicing clear and fluent delivery.
Recording a short video.
Submitting videos for scoring.
Receiving feedback.
Applying suggestions to improve.
This cycle repeats each week, building better skills step by step.
The timeline for the VIP project is:
January and February 2019: Group 1 completed.
March and April 2019: Group 2 in progress.
May 2019: Group 3 planned.
Each group follows the same four-week plan. This plan allows enough time for employees to learn at a steady pace.
A specific list for each group will be announced. This ensures everyone knows when to join and how to prepare.
The Video Introduction Program aims to benefit every participant. By improving English speaking and presentation skills, employees become more effective in client interactions and teamwork. This improvement also contributes to S3Corp.'s overall growth.
Participants gain:
Better spoken English.
More confidence speaking in public.
Stronger control over voice and tone.
Practical experience creating short professional videos.
This activity ties directly to the English improvement objective for 2019. It turns learning into an active process rather than theory.
The VIP project is a required activity. Full commitment is expected. Every employee should take the time to prepare, practice, and present their best work. Participation is not just about submitting a video but about developing real skills.
Employees are encouraged to share ideas and feedback. This helps refine the program and make it more effective for future participants.
The Video Introduction Program shows S3Corp.’s commitment to employee development. The company sees each employee’s growth as an important part of building stronger teams and better service.
This project is a chance for everyone to practice, improve, and gain confidence. With clear structure and group support, employees can reach their goals step by step.
Video Introduction Program S3Corp. provides a clear path to better English presentation skills. All employees are encouraged to take part actively and use this opportunity to grow.
