S3Corp. believes continuous learning adds true value to each employee’s growth. The company introduced the Video Introduction Program (VIP) to strengthen English presentation skills. This project shows S3Corp. culture of supporting self-development and practical skills. The main goal is clear: build a model that helps employees present themselves professionally in English.
The VIP training program runs for one month. Though short, the skills gained can stay for life. Employees learn to use their voice better, gain stronger confidence during presentations, and practise clear English speaking. Every team member improves self-introduction techniques that help them speak to clients, partners, and wider audiences.
The VIP project started with Group 3, which includes 80 people. These employees work in 8 teams, each with 10 members. 16 mentors support the training. The mentors guide, correct, and give feedback on each video introduction. This support ensures each person benefits from real-time advice. Participants gain from watching their own recordings and adjusting their delivery. The project reflects a strong belief that every employee can sharpen spoken English through active practice.
The objective connects with S3Corp. goal from 2019: to improve English skills across the company. Strong English presentation skills are essential in today’s business environment. Being able to speak confidently in front of a group builds trust and shows professionalism. This training helps employees handle meetings, client calls, and project discussions in English more easily.
Each employee creates a short video that lasts from 30 to 60 seconds. The video must show a clear self-introduction. The focus is on speaking naturally, controlling the tone, and maintaining the listener’s interest. The short format challenges each person to think about what information matters most and how to deliver it clearly.
Mentors review these videos and provide practical feedback. Employees learn to fix mistakes and adjust their voice, speed, and gestures. The repetition builds confidence. It helps each participant understand how to open and close a talk, how to stress keywords, and how to engage listeners with eye contact and body language.
In this training, employees learn that a strong presentation starts with understanding the audience. Knowing who listens helps shape the words and tone. During the sessions, mentors show how to speak at the right speed and avoid filler words. This makes the message easy to follow.
Another important skill is voice control. Employees practise projecting their voice so it reaches everyone in the room. They learn when to pause, how to emphasise important points, and how to keep a steady rhythm. This prevents monotone delivery and keeps the audience interested.
Structure also matters. Participants learn to follow a simple flow: opening, main point, and closing. They practise short, clear sentences. This structure builds confidence and prevents confusion. Using eye contact and open gestures adds trust. Mentors guide employees to relax their body language and stand naturally, which makes their presentation appear more genuine.
Feedback plays a big role in the VIP training. Each person records their self-introduction, listens to themselves, and adjusts. Mentors highlight what works and what needs change. This loop helps employees see their progress. Over the month, they become less nervous, speak more clearly, and look more comfortable on camera.
This process shows the power of repeated practice. The goal is not to memorise a script but to become comfortable speaking naturally about oneself in English. This builds a habit of clear speech that employees carry into real client meetings or team presentations.
S3Corp. runs this training because the company values growth. The VIP project proves that every employee can learn new skills with support and practice. The company encourages active participation and honest feedback to make each training round better than the last.
By helping employees build English presentation skills, S3Corp. creates more chances for them to work confidently with global clients. It also prepares teams to handle complex projects that require clear communication in English.
The project with Group 3 will run through May. S3Corp. expects all employees to take part with energy and share ideas to improve future sessions. The company invites everyone to give feedback to make the training stronger. This teamwork reflects the company’s culture of helping each other learn and grow.
Through the VIP project, S3Corp. shows that short, focused training can bring practical skills that last. Employees leave with better English presentation skills, a clear speaking voice, and the confidence to speak up. These gains help teams present themselves professionally and stay ready for new opportunities.
