VNITO Promotion Campaign in Japan 2018 – S3Corp. Expands Outreach

From 26 August to 02 November 2018, S3Corp. took part in the VNITO Promotion Campaign in Japan. The event was coordinated by VNITO Alliances and included 18 Vietnamese software outsourcing companies. The campaign took place across four cities: Fujisawa, Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka.

The goal of the campaign was to help Vietnamese IT firms understand the Japanese market and develop business partnerships with Japanese companies. S3Corp. joined the program to connect with local firms, present service capabilities, and learn about business demands in Japan.

Four-City Outreach Across Japan

The campaign was structured to cover a wide geographic area, focusing on major business hubs and emerging regions for IT outsourcing.

Fujisawa

The first stop was Fujisawa. Participants were introduced to local business culture and engaged in discussions with selected technology firms. Vietnamese companies shared service capabilities, listened to market needs, and discussed ways to align software solutions with Japanese operational models.

Tokyo

In Tokyo, the campaign reached a high point of engagement. Tokyo-based companies attended meetings and briefings that focused on business expectations, quality standards, and potential areas for collaboration. Osaka

The next city on the schedule was Osaka. The agenda here focused on practical discussions around collaboration models, communication methods, and software project management. The campaign focused entirely on business alignment. Vietnamese firms prepared service portfolios to present during each city visit. They also attended sessions where Japanese companies shared expectations for software quality, delivery timelines, and communication protocols.
