In late January, we came to witness a very emotional S3 Car Racing event with 9 teams participating and hundreds of people cheering for them. The event featured nine teams and attracted a large group of spectators from the company. The race was a platform for showcasing teamwork, innovation, and competitive spirit. Right after the competition was announced, the teams had started to work together to come up with the ideas on how to win the race, along with additional awards. Some of them focused on the source code to make their car run faster and easier to control, while the others decided to make the car more revealing and unique. In just one week, we started to see some racers practicing on the top floor after work. Needless to say, everyone was getting more and more excited as the racing day was drawing near.

To build a strong team and reward our staffs for their hard work, S3 Corp organizes team building trip each year. This year, on 18th Oct, with 2 special guests from Japan, JP team chose The BCR as the destination for an interesting team building event.

On October 25th, 2017, S3Corp attended a ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City organized by VINASA to recognize Vietnam Top 50 IT Companies in 2017. The event aimed to celebrate the most prominent firms in the information technology sector. Mr. Linh Le, CEO of S3Corp, accepted the award on behalf of the company. The recognition was based on performance in ITO, BPO, and KPO services, as well as the company’s overall contribution to the Vietnamese IT sector.

VNITO Conference is the largest bi-annual event focused on Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in Vietnam. The 2017 edition took place from October 18th to 20th at GEM Plaza in Ho Chi Minh City. The event served as a central point for collaboration, showcasing the strengths of Vietnam's IT industry to the international community. This year’s conference gathered over 200 leading software outsourcing companies in Vietnam. In addition, more than 150 multinational and high-tech companies from various countries attended. The presence of such a diverse group highlighted the growing interest in Vietnam as a technology partner in the global market.

ReactJS is the powerful JavaScript library created by Facebook to handle user interfaces for web applications. It is one of the hottest technology on the block and is essential for any web developer. To strengthen technical knowledge among engineers, S3Corp. organized a ReactJS training course on October 11th, 2017. This training was part of the ongoing strategy to improve human resources through a focus on both hard skills and soft skills. The goal was to support team members in keeping up with current technology trends and preparing them for real-world project requirements.

Last weekend, BOM of S3 Corp had a wonderful time together to discover some cities in Mekong Delta. The first destination is My Tho, one of the green destinations in Tien Giang. This small city is famous for My Tho noodle soup. Everyone could not ignore this delicious food with the special recipe belong to My Tho people.
